More than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
30-45 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
Flight Cancellations: Domestic flights are subject to airline policies. In case of cancellation, alternative transport will be arranged.
Travel & Visa Policy
Participants are responsible for obtaining their Pakistan visa. We can provide invitation letters if required.
Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included in the package.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, security concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

High-altitude locations like Skardu & Khunjerab Pass may cause altitude sickness; necessary precautions are advised.

In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, refunds or rescheduling will be managed based on feasibility.
