Booking & Payment Policy

 Reservation: A 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
 Full Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 15 days before departure.
 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments.


 Cancellation & Refund Policy

 Cancellation by the Participant:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of the total package cost.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

 Cancellation by the Organizer:

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, or safety concerns), the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded at the company's discretion.

 Accommodation & Travel Policy

 Hotels & Campsites: Accommodations are based on twin sharing. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost.
 Transport: 4x4 jeeps will be used for mountain travel, while comfortable buses/coasters will be used for highways.
 Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included daily. Special dietary requests must be informed at the time of booking.


 Visa & Travel Documents

 Participants are responsible for securing their own visas and travel insurance before departure.
 A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity is required for international travelers.


 Safety & Responsibility

 The company ensures high safety standards; however, participants must follow all safety instructions given by the guides.
 The tour involves high-altitude travel; individuals with health concerns should consult a doctor before booking.
 The company is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft during the tour.

 Participants must respect local cultures, traditions, and the environment.
 Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violations may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
