 Reservation: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
 Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure.
 Cancellation Charges:

30 days before departure 10% deduction

15-29 days before departure 30% deduction

7-14 days before departure 50% deduction

Less than 7 days before departure No refund
 Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.

2. Visa & Documentation

 Visa Requirements: Participants must obtain a Pakistan tourist visa before travel.
 Passport Validity: Minimum 6 months validity required.
 Travel Insurance: Mandatory for all participants (covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations).
 Special Permits: If required for restricted areas, the tour operator will assist in obtaining permits.

3. Accommodation & Meals

 Hotels: 3-star or above standard hotels with comfortable facilities.
 Room Sharing: Twin-sharing basis (single supplement available at extra cost).
 Meals Included: Daily breakfast, selected lunches/dinners at designated restaurants.
 Dietary Requests: Special meal requests (vegetarian, halal, etc.) must be informed in advance.

4. Transportation & Luggage

 Transport: Air-conditioned vehicles for road travel, domestic flight from Skardu to Islamabad.
 Luggage Allowance:

Domestic flights 20 kg checked baggage + 7 kg hand-carry.

Road travel One standard suitcase + one carry-on bag per participant.
