Tour Policy Kalash Festivals 2025
1. Booking & Payment Policy
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days before departure.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or online payment methods.
A booking confirmation will be sent once the advance payment is received.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 90% refund (excluding processing charges).
Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, security issues, or government restrictions), an alternative tour date will be offered, or a partial refund will be provided.
3. Accommodation Policy
Rooms are provided on a twin-sharing basis (2 persons per room).
Single-room occupancy is available at an additional cost.
Hotels may change due to availability, but equivalent standard accommodations will be provided.
4. Travel & Transport Policy
Travel will be conducted via air-conditioned coasters or high-roof vans.
The transport schedule will be strictly followed, and any delays due to personal reasons will not be accommodated.
Any breakdowns or unforeseen delays will be managed accordingly.
5. Food & Meal Policy
Breakfast is complimentary.
Lunch & dinner are optional and can be arranged at additional costs.
Lunch: PKR 1,800 per person (Fresh Cheese, Yogurt, Cheera Shapik).
Dinner: PKR 2,000 per person (Fresh Meat, Biryani, Salad).
Special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Code of Conduct & Cultural Sensitivity
Visitors must respect local customs, traditions, and religious practices of the Kalash community.
Photography is allowed but must be done with permission from locals.
Littering or causing damage to the environment is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability & Insurance
The tour operator will ensure safety, but is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Travel insurance is recommended but not included in the package.
Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
8. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions), the tour may be rescheduled.
No refunds will be issued, but an adjustment for future trips will be provided.
9. Contact & Support
A dedicated tour manager will be available throughout the trip.
In case of emergencies, a 24/7 support contact will be provided before departure.
