Booking & Payment Policy

A 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be made at least 15 days before departure.

Payments are non-refundable after confirmation, except in case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or flight cancellations).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of the total tour cost.

15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Health & Safety Policy

Participants must ensure they are physically fit for high-altitude travel.

It is recommended to carry essential medications and inform the tour operator of any medical conditions.

The company is not responsible for any health issues arising during the trip.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory and should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and high-altitude trekking risks.

The tour operator is not liable for any unforeseen incidents or accidents.

Code of Conduct

Respect local customs, traditions, and environmental guidelines.

Littering and any harm to natural landscapes are strictly prohibited.

Any misconduct or violation of rules may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Force Majeure

The tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, roadblocks, political instability, etc.).

In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made, but refunds may not be applicable.
