Arrival at Islamabad International Airport, where our representative will warmly welcome the group. After immigration and baggage collection, transfer to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. Depending on arrival time, a short sightseeing tour may be arranged to explore the Faisal Masjid, Daman-e-Koh viewpoint, and Constitution Avenue. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner (optional) and briefing about the journey ahead.

After breakfast, depart for the scenic town of Naran via Hazara Motorway. The drive takes you through picturesque valleys, with stops at Abbottabad, Mansehra, and Balakot for sightseeing and refreshments. Continue through the lush green Kaghan Valley, following the Kunhar River. Upon arrival in Naran, check-in to the hotel and enjoy leisure time in the evening. You may take a walk along the river or explore the Naran Bazaar.

Naran to Skardu via Babusar Pass (380 km / 0708 hours)

An early breakfast before setting off for Skardu. The journey takes you over the majestic Babusar Pass (4,173 m) and down to Chilas, offering panoramic views of snow-capped peaks. From Chilas, drive along the Karakoram Highway (KKH), passing through dramatic mountain scenery. Cross the Indus River and ascend into the heart of Baltistan. Arrive in Skardu by evening, and check into your hotel to rest after a long but unforgettable day.

Explore Skardu Shangri-La, Kachura Lakes & Leisure

Today is dedicated to exploring Skardu and its natural wonders. Visit Upper Kachura Lake with its crystal-clear waters surrounded by pine forests. Enjoy a walk or optional boat ride. Continue to Shangri-La Resort, one of the most picturesque spots in Pakistan. The afternoon is free for photography or relaxation at the lakeside caf. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mighty Karakoram Range throughout the day.

Shigar Valley, Cold Desert & Fort Visit

Begin your day with a drive to Shigar Valley, home to the beautifully restored Shigar Fort (now a heritage hotel). Walk through the traditional village and learn about the local Balti culture. Later, visit the surreal Katpana Cold Desert a high-altitude desert with sweeping white sand dunes. Optional short trek to Kharpocho Fort for panoramic views of Skardu and the Indus River below. Return to your hotel in the evening.

Skardu to Hunza (390 km / 708 hours)

Leave early for Hunza Valley, one of the most famous destinations in northern Pakistan. Drive along the scenic Skardu-Gilgit Road, rejoining the Karakoram Highway. Stop en route for lunch and short breaks to admire Nanga Parbat and Rakaposhi viewpoints. Arrive in Hunza by evening, with views of the majestic Ultar and Ladyfinger peaks. Check in and relax at your hotel in Karimabad.

Discover Hunza Baltit Fort, Altit Fort, Passu & Attabad Lake

After breakfast, start with a guided tour of Baltit Fort, a 700-year-old architectural marvel perched above Karimabad. Then visit Altit Fort and its adjacent royal garden. Begin your return journey by retracing your route through Gilgit and Chilas. Cross Babusar Pass once again, soaking in the changing landscapes and dramatic scenery. Stop for lunch and photo breaks en route. Arrive in Naran by evening and settle in for a restful night.
