Booking Policy

Minimum 2 persons required to confirm the package.

50% advance payment required at the time of booking.

Balance amount to be cleared 10 days before travel.

Confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

 Cancellation Policy

30 days or more prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee

1529 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee

014 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee (No refund)

No refund on unused services, early check-out, or no-shows.

 Child Policy

Child below 2 years: Free of charge (No separate bed or meals)

Child 26 years: Charged 50% of package (without extra bed)

Child above 6 years: Charged as an adult

 Inclusions

4-star hotel accommodation with breakfast

Private airport and city transfers

Sightseeing tours as mentioned with lunch

Indian meals where specified

All applicable hotel taxes

 Exclusions

National Park Fees (Payable directly: approx. 400 THB per tour)

Personal expenses (laundry, tips, etc.)

Early check-in / late check-out at hotels

Any services not mentioned in the itinerary

Travel Insurance (recommended)

Rates are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or unforeseen circumstances.

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler.
